Once your form is filled out, please return it to the school as soon as possible. Your enrollment forms will be marked in the order in which they are received. Please note:
To be eligible for the 3 year old morning PK class, students must be 3 on or before July 31.
To be eligible for the 4 year old afternoon PK class, students must be 4 on or before July 31.
If your student is 5 years old on or before July 31, they would be deemed kindergarten age eligible and are no longer able to qualify for preschool.
