🙌🏼YEEHAW - Our Hornets had an awesome district meet at Burwell & we even got ourselves some STATE QUALIFIERS below: 💫Did you see that shooting star & make a wish?… just kidding, that was Kale Bish! 2nd in pole vault! 🤪We are all smiles cause Tracy Wiles flew miles into 2nd place at pole vault! 🏃🏼‍♀️💨She couldn’t be caught! Hailey (B)Eastman got 2nd in the 2 mile and is also headed to state in the mile! 🤟🏼Hip hip… Phillip!!! Phillip Kreutz was our district champ in the 800! 💪🏼Tis the season for Cooper Reeson! He is our district champ winning the mile! Congrats to all who competed and fingers crossed to a few of our relays waiting to find out if they qualified! #HornetHype

That’s a wrap on the 2022 regular season of junior high track! They finished the season yesterday with a dual at Doniphan-Trumbull! Great work to our Hornet crew! #HornetHype

In the one of the pictures are our 4 event medalists: Jacob, Taylor, Jordan, Tracy and Alyssa. In the second picture and third pictures are our athletes who got a "taste" of the GOLD medals today: Cooper - 1600, Ethan, Paxton, Marshall, and Jesus in the 4 x 800 relay and Phillip in the 800. Thursday's six team meet (Centura Invite) was efficiently run and completed in just under 4 hours and was our best weather meet of the year! This concludes the Hornets regular season and next Thursday, May 12 we head to Burwell for the district D-5 track meet. Good Job and Good Luck to our high flying Hornets!

Today's elementary field day has been postponed due to weather and wet conditions. We have rescheduled this event for Monday, May 9th at 12:30 PM at the school. Any questions please call the office.

Tonight is preschool graduation! It will start at 6:00 PM in the elementary gym. Please have your student here at 5:45 PM to meet in the classroom. See you then!
