4th grade has been learning about explorers exploring North America and Native Americans and how they traded and barter to get the things they needed. 4th graders got the opportunity to role play as if they were in the Americas as an explorer or Native American & started out with different supplies in their groups and had to trade with other groups to get the things they needed.

Big shoutout to Mr. McConnell and the American Heart Association for kicking off our Kids Heart Challenge fundraiser with a presentation and speaker! Parents please check with your students as information and papers were sent home today. It was a great day to be a Hornet❤️
